Open the Funds & Withdrawals panel on the right of your QRYPTOS dashboard.
Click Withdrawal, then select the currency you want to withdraw.
Fill out all required fields.
- Make sure there is no blank space in the address field.
- Withdrawal amount must be positive. For more information on minimum withdrawal amount, see Minimum withdrawal amounts.
- Depending on the currency, you may be asked to provide more than just address and amount. For example, XMR needs a payment ID, and XRP needs a destination tag. For ETH, make sure the address is not a contract one.
- Get the authentication code from your 2-factor authentication device.
Click Submit Withdrawal.
Withdrawal if created successfully will have an "awaiting_confirmation" status and will be cancelled after 30 minutes of submitting if not confirmed. Check your email address for the confirmation link. Once confirmed, withdrawal status is "pending."
All "pending" withdrawals will be put up for processing at 4PM JST daily (weekends excluded) unless otherwise notified. Their status will change from "pending" to "processing" and withdrawal amount will be deducted from your balance. Should there be any holiday that renders the service unavailable, all customers will be notified beforehand.
The process of moving crypto from our cold storage to external addresses can take up to a few hours as it includes a few manual steps and needs multiple signatures.
