For all token retrieval application requests, please kindly send an email to email@example.com. - verbal and other requests will not be considered.
Please include the following information:
1. The amount of tokens to be recovered
2. The token name and the wallet address that it was sent to.
3. The correct transaction hash.
4. The wallet address that the tokens were transferred from.
5. The correct QRYPTOS/QUOINEX wallet address where the tokens are to be sent to.
QUOINE shall retain 10% of all tokens being retrieved as a fee for the service, plus a non-refundable one-time fee of 500 QASH paid prior to beginning of token retrieval process. This 500 QASH will be debited from user account. If QASH is not ready in the account, it will need to be purchased in order to be debited.
Tokens sent to the wrong address will be returned one time (1x) per month at the end of month.
The request must be received no later than the the third (3rd) Thursday of the month in order to be processed for retrieval during that month.
Any request for token retrieval after the 3rd Thursday will be processed for during the following month.
QUOINE will consider transfer request of tokens that have a value at least 5,000 USD. All token transfer requests where the value is less that 5,000 USD will NOT be considered.
QUOINE will NOT attempt to retrieve any tokens that are not listed on the QUOINEX or QRYPTOS Exchanges.
The recovery of cross-chain deposits is an inherently risky and time consuming process. Not all tokens to sent to an incorrect address can be recovered. The difficulty, time to process, probability of success is dependent on which token has been mistakenly sent to which address.
All token recoveries will be attempted on a Best-Efforts Basis only. QUOINE does not guarantee a successful return of funds.
QUOINE shall not be held responsible of any loss of tokens that occurs during the retrieval process.
The processing fee of 500 QASH is non-refundable and must be funded in the client account prior to the retrieval of the tokens.
